TCP-101 is NON-SILICONE based highly viscous putty. Naturally tacky, Non-Flowable, Non-Curable material heavily filled with heat-conductive metal oxides and proprietary binders. These combinations provide high thermal conductivity, low bleed, high temperature stability and no contamination properties.
