Non-Silicone Thermal Grease
Epoxyset’s TG Series non-silicone thermal greases are metal-oxide-filled, silicone-free synthetic compounds engineered to improve heat transfer at the interface between semiconductor packages and heat sinks. These formulations resist migration and contamination, making them well suited for applications in which silicone exposure is a concern. With exceptionally low bleed, TG Series greases provide dependable long-term performance without drying out, hardening, melting, or flowing, even under continuous exposure to temperatures up to 250°C.
