EB-130M-1
EPOXIBOND EB-130M-1 is a low viscosity, USP-Class VI certified epoxy system that is not hazardous for shipping. Used in disposable cardiac catheters as an epoxy base for backing material, EB-130M-1 can be loaded with several different fillers and additives to accommodate different applications. On its own, EB-130M-1 is used to encapsulate small electronics and as a matching layer in acoustic technology. EB-130M-1 has a refractive index of 1.53 and a transmittance of over 99% at visible light. EB-130M-1 can be used to encapsulate LEDs, as a capillary underfill, and as a clear coating.
