EB-155FL is a semi-rigid, 1:1 epoxy adhesive and encapsulant. EB-155FL is in automotive Engine Control Units (ECU) and Powertrain Control Modules (PCM) as an optically clear glob top and liquid underfill. Engine control units controls a series of actuators on an internal combustion engine to ensure optimal engine performance. EB-155FL is a solvent free, easily automatable product that cures at room temperature or with heat. EB-155FL is also used as a structural adhesive for use in door panels, dashboards, hoods, and lamps.
