EB-350-3LV
EB-350-3LV is a one component epoxy encapsulant intended for applications requiring excellent handling properties. The cured epoxy survives thermal shock and offers continuous service to over 220°C. Specifically, EB-350-3LV is suited for use on transistors and similar semiconductors. It can be used for encapsulation of watch ICs. EB-350-3LV is also used extensively in ferrite core bonding due to its excellent strength, high temperature resistance, and ease of use.
