Cartridge of epoxyset epoxibond eb-316m high strength epoxy adhesive

EB-316M

EB-316M is a two-part, semi-flexible, room temperature curing epoxy adhesive designed for high bond strength and performance in demanding environments. Its semi-thixotropic formula offers excellent adhesion to metals, rubbers, glass, and many plastics, making it ideal for bonding dissimilar substrates. Used across aerospace, automotive, industrial, and medical device industries, EB-316M withstands UV exposure, thermal cycling, vibration, and impact. It cures quickly, is easy to dispense automatically, and passes ISO-10993-5 cytotoxicity testing for medical applications.

EB-316M excels in extreme temperature conditions, delivering lap shear strength over 2500 psi on aluminum at -196°C (-320°F). It outperforms standard epoxies like 3M DP-460 and DP-420 in cryogenic applications and is used in wire bonding for aerospace gyroscopes and bonding rubber sheaths to cast iron pipes exposed to 250°C. Its combination of thermal stability, mechanical strength, and versatility makes it a reliable choice for high-performance adhesive needs.
