EC-M3030-LVM
M-3030LV-M is a low viscosity epoxy system designed for encapsulating microcircuit packaging. It is exceptionally fluid, can be handled easily at room temperature, cures in a relatively short time at moderate temperature. It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, high glass transition temperature, good dielectric properties and excellent chemical and solvent resistance. EC-M3030-LVM is only available in premixed and frozen syringes eliminating any need for weighing or mixing.
