EO-32
EO-32 electrically conductive epoxy adheres to virtually all materials one might find on PCB assemblies however it is not compatible with contaminants including oil, and greasy flux residue as these materials would adversely affect adhesion. If you find these contaminants on your PCB then it is recommended that they be cleaned away with an appropriate electronic cleaner such as Isoprpyl Alcohol.
EO-32 is a shiny, silver filled, epoxy adhesive used in several different areas of integrated circuit packaging including EMI/Rf shielding, die bonding, and thermal sensors. EO-32 can cure in minutes at very high temperatures and resists solder reflow temperatures. EO-32 does not cure at room temperature making it ideal for long, automated processes.
