EB-177
EB-177 is a capillary flow epoxy underfill and encapsulating material. With an extremely long pot life, EB-177 stays a low 300cps viscosity for over 12 hours. This makes it an ideal choice for automated dispensing or premixed and frozen packaging. With a 1:1 ratio, EB-177 is an easy to use epoxy and is also USP Class VI certified for biocompatibility. EB-177 has low-exothermic and low viscosity chemistry, to allow for great flow around components as well as excellent self-leveling properties. These materials create a clear, void-free encapsulation for high visibility of encapsulated parts, even in larger volume applications
