Epoxyset EO-84M-1T is a silver-filled conductive adhesive offers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. It is designed for use with automated dispensing, stamping and screen-printing application equipment. EO-84M-1T adhesive is solvent-free, making it suitable for application by syringe dispensing as well. EO-84M-1T can be screen printed using a 200 mesh to 325 mesh size.
EO-84M-1T adhesive provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces including silicon, silver, gold and copper. Low ionic levels make it ideally suited for demanding semiconductor and hybrid assembly applications. EO-84M-1T has a shelf life of 30 days at room temperature but can be extended to 1 year by storing at -40°C and below.
